Born in Ft. Lauderdale in 1971, Sean spent his childhood fascinated by science fiction and fantasy. A true nerd of the 80’s, he grew up watching Star Trek, Star Wars, Buck Rodgers, and Battlestar Galactica (the original). Introduced to J.R.R. Tolkien at a young age, he lost himself in magical worlds and all things Dungeons & Dragons. As a teen he always had a Dr. Who book or The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy stuffed inside the back pocket of his Levi 501 jeans.

A graduate from The Ohio State University, where he studied Mechanical Engineering, he now works as a specialist in space flight sensors for rocket propulsion, life support, and environmental controls.

His debut novel, The Growing Darkness, is his first installment of The God Killers trilogy and released in Oct 2024. Book II Darkness Blooms releases October 12, 2025.

Sean currently lives with his wife, Jill, in Pittsburgh PA with their annoyingly cute Puggle, Sweaty Betty the Spaghetti Yeti.
