Lauren Peterson is a children’s book author, who celebrates all things Pittsburgh. The inspiration for her first work, Lemons in Pittsburgh, came while attempting to cultivate her own lemons in the Steel City. She can often be found walking the same route that Emma and Mrs. Cervelli did and agrees that Pittsburgh summer nights are one of a kind. She loves to connect with all readers, but especially those who believe some of the best children’s books are made for adults too.
